Copywriter

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter to craft compelling and impactful content across digital and integrated marketing campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with Art Directors, Brand Strategists, Account Management, and Digital teams to develop engaging copies that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 1-2 years of experience who are passionate about storytelling, creativity, and brand communication.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative copy for digital, social media, print, website, CRM, and integrated marketing campaigns.

• Translate client briefs into engaging, on-brand, and audience-focused messaging.

• Write compelling social media content, campaign headlines, taglines, scripts, website copy, emailers, and marketing collateral.

• Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, Brand Strategists, and Account Management teams to deliver integrated creative solutions.

• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and tone of voice.

• Incorporate SEO best practices and digital content optimization where applicable.

• Monitor content performance and refine messaging based on campaign insights and audience engagement.

• Stay updated on consumer trends, cultural conversations, and emerging digital platforms to create relevant content.

• Present creative concepts and copy ideas to internal teams and clients when required.

• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, creativity, and adherence to deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree or UGC-approved Diploma in Mass Media, Advertising, Marketing Communication, Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in Copywriting, Content Writing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, social media content, digital copy, or integrated communication work.

• Understanding digital marketing, branding, and social media platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling abilities.

• Excellent editing, proofreading, and attention to detail.

• Ability to write across multiple formats, audiences, and brand tones.
