Purpose of the role

You'll lead product, funding and partnership strategies for key enterprise and technology partners within the Global Partnerships and Solutions team. Through dentsu's Strategic Partner Innovation (SPI) programme, you'll connect partner priorities with client needs and dentsu's product strategy, securing the investment and support to build globally scalable capabilities. The role spans the Google and Meta ecosystems, with particular depth in Amazon and commerce. You'll report to the Senior Director, Global Partnerships and Solutions. This is a new individual-contributor role on a lean team.

You can be based in Manchester or London.

What you'll do

• Own product and funding strategies for key enterprise partners within SPI 4.0, aligned with dentsu.Connect 4.0 and wider client and business priorities.

• Identify shared priorities and emerging client needs across the Google, Meta and Amazon ecosystems, turning partner roadmaps and capabilities into funded product opportunities.

• Build senior partner relationships and secure executive sponsorship and joint commitment for shared initiatives.

• Develop investment propositions, business cases and product narratives that show value for dentsu, clients and partners.

• Lead funding discussions and statements of work with Product, D&T, Commercial, Finance and Legal, agreeing outcomes, scope, responsibilities and commercial terms.

• Translate opportunities across data, commerce, cloud, automation, messaging and AI into product propositions, roadmaps, integrations and delivery workstreams; bring particular depth across Amazon Ads, Prime Video, Twitch, DSP, Sponsored Ads, AMC, AWS and retail media.

• Oversee partner-funded commitments, delivery dependencies, risks and escalations, protecting contracted income and partner confidence.

• Work with partners, clients, global and local markets, and teams across Media and Integrated Solutions to drive adoption, scale, commercialisation and further investment.

• Support product adoption and measurable client impact through partner, client and market engagement.

• Demonstrate commercial return and sustained partner commitment while protecting contracted income.

• Keep delivery risks visible and maintain alignment across partners and internal stakeholders.

What you'll bring

Essential skills

• Experience leading strategic enterprise partnerships and shaping product and investment strategies from opportunity through funding and delivery.

• Deep knowledge of the Amazon stack and commerce landscape, alongside a strong understanding of the Google and Meta ecosystems.

• Commercial judgement in developing investment cases, funding models, statements of work and routes to adoption and scale.

• Ability to translate partner technologies, data and APIs into product propositions and delivery requirements that meet client needs.

• Experience managing senior partner and client relationships and aligning global, local and specialist teams without direct authority.

• Clear executive communication, negotiation and presentation skills, including the ability to make complex technical and commercial subjects accessible to different audiences.

• The initiative to identify where you can contribute on a lean team, even while processes are being developed.

Desirable skills

• Experience across Amazon Ads, Prime Video, Twitch, DSP, Sponsored Ads, AMC, AWS and retail media.

• Experience developing co-funded programmes and media propositions across data, cloud or emerging technologies.
