Job Description:

En dentsu buscamos un Administrative Supervisor quien será el responsable de llevar el proceso de las conciliaciones con proveedores, solicitud y control de facturas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Dar seguimiento a consumo de inversión de proveedores digitales y offline.
  • Gestionar procesos entre proveedores, operaciones y cliente.
  • Armar Paquetes Digitales de los principales proveedores y validar que la información es correcta.
  • Seguimiento de la facturación de proveedores y cerciorarse que la inversión esté cargada en sistema.
  • Alta, contratos y revisión de documentos de proveedores.
  • Conciliación a mes vencido.
  • Seguimiento de POs para asegurar la reserva del dinero por parte del cliente.
  • Envío de reportes mensuales (inversión, conciliaciones, etc)

Requisitos:

  • Lic. Administración, Comunicación, Contabilidad, Finanzas, Actuaría, o a fines.
  • Entre 1 o 2 años como Supervisor Administrativo en agencia de medios.
  • Conocimiento en TV (abierta, paga, local), OOH, Radio, Print.
  • Conocimiento en plataformas digitales a nivel financiero, tales como Google, META, Tiktok, etc.
  • Excel intermedio
  • Inglés básico
