Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research projects, from proposal development to final client presentations.
• Design research methodologies, discussion guides, questionnaires, and research frameworks aligned to business objectives.
• Conduct and oversee interviews, focus groups, ethnographic studies, usability testing, diary studies, surveys, and journey mapping.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into compelling, executive-ready stories and strategic recommendations.
• Translate research outcomes into actionable business insights using strong storytelling and visualization techniques.
• Advise clients on appropriate research strategies and act as a trusted strategic partner.
• Manage client relationships, project delivery, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop proposals and support business development through insight-led consulting and account expansion.
• Ensure methodological rigor, quality standards, and excellence across all research deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior researchers while fostering collaboration and capability building across mixed-method research teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Business, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• 10-12 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative market research across multiple industries and global markets.
• Proven expertise in research design, consumer insights, and strategic consulting.
• Strong experience in executive storytelling, stakeholder management, and client presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex research engagements and deliver high-impact business recommendations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
