This role is part of our EMEA Creative & Media team. Our team is a vibrant mix of media talents, ranging from Creatives, Influencer Marketers, Brand & Content Strategists to Account Managers, Media Planners and Marketing Automation Consultants. Together, we blend imaginative storytelling and performance-driven strategies with cutting-edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Logitech, Just Eat Takeaway, Foot Locker & Meta.

JOB PURPOSE

The primary objective of the Creative Director is to build, lead, and develop the Hungarian creative team. This role will play a key part in establishing a strong, inspiring, and high-performing creative department that can independently support the company’s brand vision, business objectives, and creative ambitions.

The Creative Director will be responsible for defining the creative direction, building the right team structure, developing talent, and creating the processes and culture needed to deliver outstanding creative work.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build the Hungarian creative department from the ground up, including team structure, roles, capabilities, and ways of working
• Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing creative team
• Establish a strong creative culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and excellence
• Define and drive the creative vision and overall creative direction for the EMEA market
• Develop creative strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals
• Lead and oversee creative concepts, campaigns, and key projects, ensuring a consistently high level of output
• Establish creative standards and ensure quality across all deliverables
• Partner closely with marketing, brand, product, and business teams to deliver impactful creative solutions
• Improve and optimize creative processes to enable efficient and effective ways of working
• Support the professional growth and development of creative team members
• Represent the Hungarian creative team in regional and global collaborations

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Extensive experience in a Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, or similar senior creative leadership role
• Proven experience building and scaling creative teams
• Strong strategic thinking combined with outstanding creative judgment
• Ability to define creative vision, operating models, and team structures from the ground up
• Strong understanding of brand building, campaigns, and creative strategy
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to inspire, attract, and develop creative talent
• Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environments
