We're looking for a Senior Developer Level 2to join our team and play a key role in shaping software architecture, driving engineering best practices, and delivering high-quality solutions across multiple platforms. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale systems, influence technical direction, and help teams adopt modern development practices, including AI-assisted engineering.

What You'll Be Doing

Design and deliver complex, scalable software solutions and system architectures.
Lead technical discussions, architectural reviews, and major design decisions.
Drive engineering standards, quality practices, and development best practices.
Investigate and resolve complex production and system issues.
Mentor developers and support their technical growth.
Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Architecture, Security, and Compliance teams.
Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to technical innovation.
Support platform reliability, performance, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

6+ years of software development experience.
Strong experience with .NET/C# development.
Expertise in software architecture, distributed systems, and scalable application design.
Experience working with cloud-based and enterprise-scale solutions.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring developers.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
Passion for continuous improvement and modern engineering practices.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools and practices.
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and platform engineering.
Experience working in regulated or highly governed environments.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
