- Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management standards, templates, and practices
What You'll Bring
Education:Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.
Experience:2-4 years of progressive experience in project coordination or project management, with demonstrated experience delivering projects end-to-end within a structured governance environment.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Broad working knowledge of the full project management lifecycle - initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Developing proficiency in risk identification, issue management, and scope change control, including RAID log management
- Practical experience coordinating internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams across technology and business units
- Proficiency with project planning and tracking tools, documentation platforms, and reporting tools
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
- A structured, detail-oriented approach with a genuine interest in growing into more complex project leadership
