Your Tasks

  • Koordination der unternehmensweiten Maßnahmen zum Datenschutz, insbesondere bei internationalen Gesellschaften der Dertour Gruppe
  • Zusammenarbeit mit / Unterstützung der Teamleitung Datenschutzmanagement/ des Datenschutzbeauftragten
  • Koordination der Erstellung und Pflege des Verzeichnisses von Verarbeitungstätigkeiten sowie weiterer datenschutzrechtlicher Dokumente wie technischer und organisatorischer Datensicherheitsmaßnahmen, Löschkonzepten
  • Bearbeitung von Betroffenenanfragen
  • Durchführung von Schulungen
  • Unterstützung bei Kontrollen der Datenschutzkonformität und -sicherheit
  • Ansprechpartner bei Fragen zum Datenschutz
  • Mitwirkung bei Projekten
  • Unterstützung beim Datenschutz-Reporting

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechts-/ Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder eine abgeschlossene Aus- und Weiterbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder der IT bzw. langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Datenschutz
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Vorschriften zum Datenschutz
  • Fließende Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
  • Gute Kenntnisse der IT-Prozesse/-Sicherheit
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Knowhow
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Sehr gute kommunikative und didaktische Fähigkeiten
  • Guter Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
