¿Qué desafíos te esperan?

  • Análisis de ventas, pricing, rentabilidad y comportamiento de producto.

  • Elaboración de reportes de desempeño y proyecciones.

  • Generación de recomendaciones estratégicas basadas en datos.

  • Optimización del portafolio de productos.

  • Identificación de oportunidades y tendencias, benchmark de mercado a nivel industria.

  • Coordinación con áreas internas para implementar mejoras comerciales y de producto.

  • Participación en proyectos de transformación digital o mejoras en herramientas análiticas.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación académica: Ingeniería industrial, Administración de empresas, Economía, Finanzas o afín.

  • Al menos 3 años en análisis comercial, desarrollo de producto o inteligencia de negocios. Experiencia en retail, ecommerce, banca o consultoría estratégica.

  • Conocimientos de KPIs comerciales y producto.

  • Experiencia trabajando con bases de datos y herramientas de visualización (Excel avanzado, SQL deseable).

  • Pensamiento crítico y resolución de problemas, precisión en el manejo y presentación de datos.

  • Interés y capacidad para transformar datos en storytelling estratégico.
