What You’ll Do
- Own the full talent acquisition lifecycle, defining hiring strategies, driving pipelines, and closing high-impact hires across all our areas.
- Translate business needs into clear hiring plans, aligning with hiring managers on priorities, timelines, and success profiles.
- Proactively build and manage strong talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques across platforms, networks, and direct outreach.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience at every touchpoint, keeping communication clear, fast, and engaging.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advising on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring feasibility.
- Optimize recruitment processes and tools, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
- Strengthen employer branding by positioning Destinus as a top choice for talent.
- Ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance across all hiring activities, maintaining high standards of integrity and transparency.
Requirements
What You’ll Need
- 6+ Years of Experience proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally in fast-paced or technical environments
- Fluency in English, Dutch and German will be a plus
- Strong ability to manage multiple roles and priorities without losing attention to detail.
- Experience hiring for technical profiles such as engineering or operations is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of sourcing strategies, employer branding, and candidate engagement
- Confidence working with stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
