Responsibilities

To support our growth ambitions in Belgium, we are looking for a Senior Wealth Manager.

The Senior Wealth Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership and expert financial guidance to high-net-worth clients. This role is growth-oriented and involves developing a portfolio of UHNWI and HNWI, developing customised investment strategies, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.

Your key accountabilities are:

  • Business Development & Acquisition: Proactively identify and acquire new UHNW clients while leveraging an existing network of high-end contacts.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Cross-divisional collaboration: Collaborate with other departments of the bank (CIB, CB, DWS) to provide a holistic approach for the client, maximize the business potential for the bank and deliver the Global Hausbank vision.

Your profile

  • Experience: A minimum of 15+ years in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory, dealing specifically with HNW/UHNW clients. Proven success in business development, meeting revenue targets, and bringing in new AUM. You obtained a master’s degree in finance, economics, or equivalent.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Exceptional ability to pitch complex wealth solutions and close deals.
  • Networking Ability: An established, transferable network of high-net-worth individuals
  • Relationship Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skillsto build rapport with affluent individuals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: You act proactively, able to anticipate client needs, you show trustworthiness and discretion in your actions.
  • You demonstrate strong linguistic skills, with Dutch as your native language and excellent command of English. Additional proficiency in French or German is a plus.
