Details of the Division and Team:

At Deutsche Bank, the Client Implementation & Service Team (I&S) acts as a single, consultative point of contact throughout the client implementation and transaction lifecycle across cash management and trade finance. During deal implementations, I&S manages the project initiation, planning, execution and evaluation; coordinates all communication and associated documentation between internal teams (Coverage/Sales, Operations, Technology, etc.) and the client; and is responsible for planning (including resource allocation), organizing, controlling and reporting all the project activities and for managing regular communication on the project progress and identifying and resolving any issues. Once clients are onboarded, I&S becomes the first point of contact for handling client queries on the banking services delivered and for maintaining client satisfaction as well as driving organic revenue growth where applicable.

Your key responsibilities:

• Liaise and work with the clients to ensure smooth implementation of required cash management and/or trade finance services within the agreed timeline , including project planning, documentation, user training, hosting of regular project meetings, Host-to-Host and ERP integration, etc. Conduct periodic reviews to ensure that required actions are on track to meet implementation milestones.
• Coordinate with internal parties, Coverage Bankers, Product Sales, Product Managers and Operations, etc. to promptly investigate and resolve any outstanding issues, and to deliver the agreed solutions to the clients within the agreed timeline.
• Maintain close contact with clients to ensure the services and solutions are up to the agreed expectation. Manage timely consolidation of service information to enable regular service reviews for ensuring service excellence, and proactively monitor client activities at the bank and take appropriate actions to ensure that the expected utilization levels are achieved.
• Provide pre-sales support, e.g. system demonstration, business requirement discussions, etc.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders, e.g. best practice sharing, proactive problem solving and trouble-shooting methodologies, comprehensive client/user trainings, etc.

Your skills and experience:

• Proven experience and solid banking product knowledge in Transaction Banking, Global Payments Solutions, and Trade Finance
• Strong project management skill and experience managing multiple complex global projects involving multiple time zones
• Experience with digital e-solutions with the ability to relate to business requirements and capabilities (H2H, API, SWIFT for Corp etc.)
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory matters
• Excellent range of communication skills, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations
• Capability to work under pressure
• Fluent in English and Mandarin in both written language capability and verbal communication
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
