Leads and supports organization and operations transformation initiatives across Finance Operation, General Services & Procurement. Reviews existing operating processes, identifies operational pain points, control gaps and improvement opportunities, and develops process standardization, simplification, digitalization and automation solutions.

Establishes transformation and cross-functional project plans, timelines, performance indicators and tracking mechanisms, and prepares management reports and decision-support materials. Coordinates business requirements, resources, risks, issues, decisions and deliverables to ensure projects are implemented according to plan.

Participates in finance operations, including investment accounting system administration, investment transaction-related accounting, management reporting, data analysis, exception follow-up and process improvement. Supports the maintenance of operating procedures and management documentation in accordance with accounting standards, company policies and internal management requirements.

Supports general services, workplace management and procurement-related operations, including project requirement consolidation, progress tracking, risk management and cross-functional coordination. Experience in office relocation, workplace renovation, space planning or workplace establishment is preferred.

Supports departmental internal controls, regulatory compliance and operational risk management, including control documentation, risk assessments, self-assessments, internal and external audits and remediation tracking. Ensures that transformation and process improvement initiatives comply with company policies, delegated authorities, internal control and regulatory requirements.

Acts as a coordination point for departmental transformation and other key projects, integrating cross-functional requirements and supporting effective implementation. The role requires a combination of transformation thinking, finance or operational experience, process improvement capability and practical project execution skills.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience in organization transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, project management, finance operations, investment accounting, internal controls, or risk management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of internal control, compliance, and operational risk management.
• Strong reporting, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance transformation initiatives with operational activities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, banking, securities, asset management, or other regulated industries.
• Experience in investment accounting, finance operations, or financial closing processes.
• Experience leading organization transformation, finance transformation, operating model enhancement, or business process re-engineering initiatives.
• Experience implementing finance systems, procurement systems, automation, AI, or data analytics tools.
• Experience in consulting firms, Big Four accounting firms, or corporate transformation projects.
• Proficiency in Power BI, AI tools, or process automation solutions.
• Experience in workplace management, facilities management, procurement, or office relocation projects.
