Что предстоит делать

  • Влиять на стратегию развития сети ПВЗ через данные.
  • Работать с ключевыми метриками развития сети - от их формирования и улучшения до внедрения в процессы принятия решений.
  • Быть владельцем аналитики развития: формировать повестку - фиксировать ключевые для бизнеса метрики и выстраивать экосистему дашбордов, на основе которых принимаются решения.
  • Проводить глубинную ad-hoc аналитику, выявлять зоны роста и проблемные места.

Мы ожидаем, что вы

  • Бизнес-мышление: видите за цифрами бизнес-логику, умеете находить инсайты в данных и переводить их в конкретные решения
  • SQL: уверенное владеете сложными запросами, оконными функциями, оптимизация.
  • Python: активно используете pandas, numpy для обработки и анализа больших массивов данных
  • Визуализация: имеете опыт построения дашбордов в Tableau, Power BI или Superset - от идеи до готового инструмента для бизнеса.
  • Имеете опыт работы с Git и Airflow
