Responsibilities:
- Provide support in managing recruitment daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
- Provide support in managing assessment and administration process of Recruitment Activities
- Manage logistic production and storage monitoring of recruitment collaterals and marketing tools.
- Manage procurement process of recruitment events and activities.
- Prepare ad-hoc data reporting to support in making strategic recruitment decision.
Requirements:
- Possess knowledge and skill in administration, reporting, & data management
- Ability to operate Ms. Office. Advanced skill at Microsoft Excel will be advantage
- Good written & verbal communication
- Possess good analytical skill
- High attention to details & fast learning
- Ability to meet deadline and handle request in timely manner
