Senior Accountant

Job Description:

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports across multiple business units
• Assist with group consolidations and reporting deliverables for various stakeholders
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information through detailed reconciliations and balance sheet reviews
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes through meaningful financial analysis
• Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements and statutory reporting requirements
• Manage audit deliverables and liaise with external auditors throughout the audit process
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, taxation legislation, and other regulatory requirements
• Analyse financial performance and provide commentary on key trends, risks, and variances
• Drive continuous improvements within reporting processes, controls, and finance systems
• Collaborate with finance and operational teams across the group to ensure reporting deadlines are met
• Lead and mentor junior finance professionals while contributing to the development of the broader finance team

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience within a multi-entity reporting environment
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise
• Experience with consolidations, annual financial statements, auditing, and tax compliance
• Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines within a complex commercial environment
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working on large ERP platforms

• Finance-related Degree
