Job description
:- Take ownership of the monthly management accounts process
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
- Review monthly reconciliations and financial reporting packs
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements
- Review VAT submissions and statutory requirements
- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis
- Manage and develop junior finance team members
- Assist with annual audit processes
- Drive efficiencies within the finance function
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1-3 years’ of Financial Management experience
- Strong financial reporting experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Qualification:
- BCom Accounting or related degree
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles
