Job Description:
- Leading the financial reporting function, ensuring accurate and timely management information for operational and executive stakeholders
- Driving budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis across the business
- Partnering with operational leaders to improve profitability, manage costs, and support strategic decision-making
- Maintaining oversight of cash flow, working capital, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions
- Strengthening financial controls, governance frameworks, and compliance standards
- Identifying and implementing process improvements, reporting enhancements, and system efficiencies
- Supporting audit requirements and ensuring the integrity of financial data across the organisation
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years Commercial background
