Project Manager

Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of enterprise-scale initiatives within a fast-paced retail environment, working closely with stakeholders, business teams, and clients. You will manage project planning, execution, governance, and delivery using Agile methodologies while building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to add business value. This is a highly visible onsite role requiring exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 6+ years' experience managing enterprise-level projects
• Proven experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
• Ability to identify, develop, and leverage new business opportunities
• People-centric leadership style with strong team facilitation skills
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Must be available to work onsite for the duration of the contract

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, IT, Commerce, or a related field
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale projects
• Retail industry experience advantageous
• Proven track record of successful project delivery within complex stakeholder environments
