Digital Marketing Analyst

Skills & Experience:

• Interpreting and analysing digital marketing data to uncover actionable insights
• Tracking campaign performance and recommending improvements based on key findings
• Monitoring important metrics such as website traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI, ROAS, and acquisition costs
• Producing insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Evaluating performance across channels including Paid Media, SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media, and Website Analytics
• Measuring customer journeys and conversion pathways to identify optimisation opportunities
• Supporting attribution modelling and campaign measurement initiatives
• Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms
• Communicating complex findings in a clear, practical, and business-focused manner
• Collaborating with Digital Marketing, CRM, eCommerce, Content, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing Analytics, Marketing Intelligence, or a similar analytical role
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager
• Exposure to reporting and visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong proficiency in analysing large datasets and identifying trends
• Advanced Excel and/or SQL skills would be beneficial
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities

Qualification:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
• Industry certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Power BI, Data Analytics, or similar platforms will be advantageous
