Social Media Campaign Specialist

• You could have the opportunity to manage social media campaigns from planning through to execution, develop engaging campaign content, monitor performance, coordinate with creative and marketing teams, and use data to continuously improve campaign results.

• Proven experience managing and executing social media campaigns
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
• Experience developing social media campaign strategies, content plans and calendars
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, engagement and social media best practices
• Experience creating or coordinating social-first content including posts, carousels, Reels, short-form video and other digital assets
• Ability to write engaging and platform-appropriate social media copy
• Experience monitoring campaign performance and analysing metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, conversions and audience growth
• Ability to use campaign insights and data to optimise future content and campaigns
• Experience working with creative, content, marketing and external agency teams
• Familiarity with social media management and scheduling platforms
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or similar platforms is advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative, proactive and commercially minded approach to social media

• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising, or a related field
• Social Media, Digital Marketing or relevant platform certifications are advantageous
