Finance Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility for the full finance function across a diverse, multi-entity environment
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to reporting deadlines
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning processes across the group
• Take ownership of taxation, statutory compliance, audit processes, and annual financial statement preparation
• Provide meaningful financial analysis and reporting to executive management to support strategic decision-making
• Drive financial controls, governance, and risk management initiatives across the business
• Monitor business performance, profitability, working capital, and operational efficiencies
• Partner with key stakeholders across the organisation to support growth and improve financial performance
• Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen reporting capabilities and enhance operational effectiveness
• Lead, mentor, and develop a sizeable finance team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience managing large finance teams within a complex commercial environment.
• Strong multi-entity accounting and reporting experience
• Extensive exposure to financial oversight, management reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and audit management
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence business decisions through meaningful financial insights
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
• Advanced ERP systems experience and strong financial systems exposure

Qualifications:

• CA(SA)
• Minimum 10+ years’ of commercial finance experience within a senior finance leadership role
• Experience within a multi-entity or group structure environment is essential
