Performance Marketing Specialist

Expect opportunities that may include:

• Developing and executing performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue growth targets
• Managing and optimising campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, affiliate, email, and other digital channels
• Driving customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion, and retention initiatives through data-driven decision-making
• Monitoring, analysing, and optimising campaign performance against KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value
• Managing marketing budgets and allocating spend effectively across channels to maximise performance and ROI
• Implementing tracking frameworks, attribution models, conversion measurement, and analytics solutions to support performance reporting
• Conducting A/B and multivariate testing on campaigns, landing pages, customer journeys, and creative assets
• Collaborating with content, creative, product, CRM, and sales teams to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement
• Producing detailed performance reports and presenting actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Staying up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, platform developments, automation tools, and industry best practices

Education:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline
• Proven success in managing and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business results
• Experience working with marketing analytics platforms to interpret performance data and identify optimisation opportunities
• Demonstrated experience managing campaign budgets and driving strong returns on marketing investment
• Exposure to marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and customer lifecycle marketing strategies will be advantageous

Skills:

• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, affiliate, and email marketing channels
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other analytics and reporting platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to transform data into actionable marketing insights
• Experience with attribution modelling, conversion tracking, audience segmentation, customer journey optimisation, and testing methodologies
• Knowledge of advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital media tools
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail, commercial acumen, and a results-oriented mindset
• Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar will be advantageous
