Job Purpose / Mục tiêu vị trí

Support the delivery of Prudential Vietnam’s corporate communications to strengthen corporate reputation, credibility and stakeholder engagement.

The role focuses on executing assigned corporate communication workstreams, developing corporate and executive communication content, and working closely with Internal Communications to leverage relevant external stories into internal communications. The role also supports reporting, budget tracking and communication operations with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

60% - Corporate Reputation & External Communications

• Execute assigned corporate communication initiatives aligned with the corporate communications plan and business priorities.

• Develop corporate communication materials including press releases, corporate articles, key messages, Q&A, talking points and other PR content.

• Translate business priorities, corporate developments and milestones into relevant corporate stories and communication opportunities.

• Support communications for business achievements, corporate reputation, ESG/CSR, awards, strategic partnerships and industry engagement.

• Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen Prudential’s corporate visibility, credibility and reputation, and recommend relevant communication approaches to the Manager.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and agencies to develop and deliver communication activities accurately, effectively and on time.

• Support corporate events, industry forums and external engagement activities.

• Monitor relevant corporate, industry and stakeholder developments; identify communication opportunities and flag potential reputation risks to the Manager.

• Support issue / crisis communications by preparing relevant Q&A, key messages and communication materials when required.

• Support media-related activities in coordination with the PR team when required.

25% - Executive Communications & External-to-Internal Amplification

Executive Communications

• Support development of CEO/EXCO speeches, quotes, Q&A, talking points and briefing materials.
• Research and consolidate business / industry information to support executive communications.
• Ensure materials are accurate, clear and aligned with approved corporate messages.

External-to-Internal Amplification

• Identify relevant external stories, media coverage, corporate achievements, awards and leadership visibility for potential internal amplification.
• Work closely with Internal Communications to adapt relevant external stories into employee-facing content.
• Coordinate messaging and timing across external and internal communications to maximise consistency and impact.

15% - Communications Operations & Team Support

• Track Corporate Communications budget, expenditure and related documentation; provide updates to the Manager.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, trackers and post-activity updates.
• Consolidate communication data and provide relevant insights.
• Manage communication paperwork, approvals, PO/PR, invoices and vendor documentation.
• Support the Manager and team on priority projects and ad-hoc communication needs.

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, thoroughness and fact-checking discipline across communication materials, reports, budgets and documentation.
• Independently manage assigned workstreams and follow through on deliverables.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, Internal Communications and agencies.
• Proactively identify opportunities/issues and escalate appropriately to the Manager.

Ensure compliance with relevant Prudential policies and communication governance.

Job Requirements / Yêu cầu

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, Business or related fields.
• >3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Corporate Affairs or related fields.
• Strong corporate writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of corporate communications and executive communications.
• Strong project coordination, reporting and organisational skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, meticulous and accurate, with strong proofreading and fact-checking skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services / insurance is an advantage.
• Media relations experience is an advantage.

Good command of English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
