The role is positioned within the Distribution Strategy, Performance and Compensation team, which will expose you to the numbers and results that ultimately drive the business - an unbeatable insight into the engine room of the PACS distribution function.

The successful candidate is expected to be an AI-native user who naturally leverages digital, automation and AI-powered tools to improve productivity, strengthen analysis, accelerate insight generation and enhance stakeholder decision-making, while applying sound judgement and governance over AI-generated outputs.

Job Description:

• Timely delivery of insights, forecasts and reports for the management team, distribution channels and relevant stakeholders.

• Support channels on strategic and business-related topics, including deep-dive sales analysis and simulation, to provide a competitive channel distribution in achieving the overall strategy.

• Understand broader strategic direction and formulate plans to satisfy business needs, goals and objectives to support distribution channels.

• Drive the pursuit of report dashboarding, automation and AI-enabled analytics to achieve operational efficiency gains through building required platforms, especially demonstrating synergies between sales and compensation data. Generate insights to inform business decisions.

• Leverage AI-powered tools, automation and advanced analytics to identify trends, improve forecasting quality, streamline recurring reporting and accelerate development of actionable business insights.

• Champion AI-native ways of working within the team by identifying opportunities to automate repetitive processes, enhance analytical productivity and improve stakeholder experience, while ensuring appropriate data security, governance and validation standards are maintained.

• Support the distribution channels to ensure alignment of views in sales performance, forecasts, reports and compensation-related matters with the other PACS functions, including finance, product and marketing teams.

• Drive improvements of operational and financial performance by monitoring and analysing KPIs, ensuring alignment with planned targets.

• Provide commentary and analysis of channel performance and performance expectations to external stakeholders, including bank partners.

• Support other ad hoc activities pertaining to performance management, when needed.

Who we are looking for:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate and articulate business concepts with stakeholders at all levels.

• Dynamic individual who excels in a fast-moving environment and is able to be nimble and adapt to constant change.

• Highly numerate with a strong analytical skillset and the ability to translate data into practical business insights.

• Possess strong proficiency in analytical tools such as Qlik, Power BI, Python and other data visualisation or automation platforms.

• AI-native user with demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, generative AI solutions or machine-learning-enabled analytics, to improve productivity, automate workflows and accelerate insight generation.

• Strong critical thinking and judgement in validating AI-generated outputs, ensuring data accuracy, protecting confidential information and maintaining appropriate compliance and governance standards.

• Curious and willing to experiment with emerging technologies to solve business problems, improve operational efficiency and enhance stakeholder experience.

Working Experience:

• 4 - 6 years of relevant working experience in a numerate environment such as financial planning, performance management, business analytics or similar quantitative disciplines.

• Exposure to data automation, digital transformation, AI-enabled analytics or business intelligence solutions is advantageous.

• Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous.

Education:

• Degree in a numerate discipline such as finance, accounting, engineering, business analytics, data science or a related field.
