The Group Risk Governance & Internal Control System function of DBAG is broadening its remit to include the governance and oversight of process management across Deutsche Börse Group. In an environment shaped by evolving regulatory expectations such as the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), our team plays a central role in ensuring that business processes are robust, well-controlled, and resilient.

As a Process Analyst, you will be part of a team actively shaping and developing the Group's process management and process governance capabilities. You will take on real responsibility from day one, develop deep expertise in process governance, and grow within a function that is strategically important to the entire Group.

We are looking for an analytically minded candidate with an interest in process governance, data quality, and continuous improvement - and a motivation to develop professionally in a complex, international financial market infrastructure environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Support the governance and day-to-day operations of the central process repository, including quality assurance activities, the identification of improvement opportunities, and the maintenance of consistent documentation standards across the Group.
• Serve as a coordination point for entity representatives, following up on identified process quality issues, aligning on remediation actions, and tracking progress to closure.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the Group's GRC tooling with respect to process governance and process management functionalities, supporting the definition of requirements, testing, and implementation of improvements.
• Contribute to annual process review cycles, supporting the preparation, tracking, and documentation of results in close cooperation with the Senior Process Manager and process management teams across all legal entities.
• Analyse process data to identify patterns, gaps, and improvement potential - leveraging data analytics approaches and, where applicable, automation or AI-supported tooling to increase efficiency.
• Support first-line assurance and reporting activities by preparing data, analyses, and documentation relevant to ICS testing, operational resilience reporting, and risk management.
• Assist in the preparation of training materials, communication measures, and guidelines that promote a strong process management culture across the Group.

Your profile:

• A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field, or a comparable qualification.
• Up to three years of relevant professional or internship experience in process management, internal control, audit, risk management, or a related field; outstanding graduates with no prior experience are equally welcome to apply.
• A strong interest in business activities and processes, complemented by a genuine affinity for process governance, quality assurance, and the structured documentation and improvement of business processes.
• Proficiency in data analytics - including tools such as Excel/Power Query, Power BI, or Tableau - and an openness to leveraging automation approaches to derive insights efficiently.
• Familiarity with GRC or process management tools is an advantage; structured onboarding and tooling support will be provided.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to engage constructively with stakeholders across different entities and levels of the organisation.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage.
