Are you ready to help build the workforce for GN’s new EMEA distribution centre in Kladno?
We are looking for a part time Talent Attraction Partner to build and take ownership of the local recruitment strategy and its execution. Working closely with local Operations, the P&C Manager Czech Republic, the HR
Specialist and the HQ and EMEA Talent Attraction team, you will lead full cycle hiring for warehouse, operational and selected office based roles, build local candidate pipelines and create a thoughtful and inclusive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
In this role, you will combine practical recruitment expertise with local labour market insight to attract the colleagues needed to support the successful opening and growth of our new distribution centre, while contributing to our purpose of Bringing People Closer.
The role will involve both direct recruitment and close coordination with temporary staffing agencies. The site is expected to operate with changing workforce needs, including recurring peak periods. Recruitment, preboarding and training preparation will therefore need to be planned well ahead of required start dates.
Regular presence at the Kladno site will be an important part of the role. You will help candidates understand the operation and working environment through site tours, recruitment events, preboarding and onboarding activities.
The team you will be part of
You will formally join the HQ and EMEA Talent Attraction team, which partners closely with business leaders and People and Culture colleagues across the region. We act as trusted talent advisors, using our expertise to shape recruitment decisions, attract and recruit diverse talent, and deliver a quality candidate experience.
You will be dedicated to the Czech Republic and work in close day to day partnership with the P&C Manager Czech Republic, the HR Specialist and local Operations leadership. Recruitment priorities will be aligned with the agreed local workforce plan, site ramp up milestones and operational requirements.
We work collaboratively, using data, market insight and stakeholder understanding to guide our approach. Together, we aim to create inclusive recruitment processes that connect people with meaningful opportunities at GN and support our business priorities.
In this role, you will
- Develop and deliver the local recruitment strategy for the Kladno distribution center, aligned with workforce plans, site ramp-up needs, and local labour-market insight
- Partner with Global Employer Branding to develop and activate a local employer branding strategy that supports attraction in the Kladno talent market
- Partner with hiring managers and People & Culture colleagues to understand hiring needs, set priorities, and manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse, operational, and selected office-based roles - from intake through to offer
- Use structured, competency-based selection methods and ensure clear, timely, and respectful communication throughout the candidate journey
- Build sustainable candidate pipelines through local sourcing channels, job boards, direct search, referrals, agencies, community partnerships, and recruitment events
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with external recruitment partners, setting clear expectations and monitoring service quality and delivery against agreed recruitment needs
- Use data from Workday and other TA platforms to monitor recruitment progress, identify insights, and inform recruitment decisions
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you
- Bring experience managing full cycle recruitment, preferably in high volume warehouse, manufacturing, logistics or other operational environments.
- Have experience sourcing candidates through a range of channels, including direct search, local networks, referrals, agencies and recruitment events.
- Have experience working with temporary staffing agencies or a good understanding of agency workforce models.
- Can translate workforce needs, shift patterns, training lead times and local labour market insight into practical recruitment strategies, action plans and candidate pipeline plans.
- Communicate clearly and build trusted working relationships with hiring managers, operational leaders, candidates, agency partners and P&C colleagues.
- Organise your work effectively, manage several recruitment processes and candidate pipelines at the same time, and follow through on commitments.
- Have experience using recruitment systems and candidate data. Experience with Workday Recruiting is an advantage.
- Bring a collaborative and inclusive approach, with curiosity about local talent markets and a willingness to learn.
- Are proficient in Czech and English.
- Are able to work regularly onsite in Kladno. Site presence is an important part of the role, including candidate tours, recruitment events, preboarding, onboarding and close coordination with Operations.
