AI Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Product Manager who can bridge product strategy, AI workflows, and hands-on prototyping. The ideal candidate has experience building and shipping AI-powered products, understands autonomous/agentic systems, and can independently prototype AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain with strong Python skills.

This role requires a blend of product thinking, technical depth, experimentation mindset, and execution capability across AI workflows, LLM orchestration, and multi-agent systems.

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

Product Strategy and Ownership:

• Define and execute a product roadmap for AI-native and agentic AI products.
• Translate business problems into AI-driven workflows and autonomous agent solutions.
• Work closely with engineering, design, data, and leadership teams to prioritise features and deliver outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for automation using LLMs, AI agents, RAG pipelines, and workflow orchestration.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.

Agentic AI Development:

• Design and prototype AI agents using LangGraph, LangChain, and modern LLM tooling.
• Build multi-agent workflows with memory, tool calling, planning, reflection, and orchestration capabilities.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs using Python.
• Integrate LLM APIs, vector databases, retrieval systems, and external tools/services.
• Experiment with prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and agent optimisation techniques.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with AI/ML engineers and architects to define scalable system design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
• Drive agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and product prioritisation.
• Define success metrics, KPIs, and evaluation frameworks for AI agents.

AI Product Execution:

• Monitor AI product performance, hallucination rates, latency, and reliability metrics.
• Create user stories, PRDs, and technical documentation.
• Conduct competitive analysis on emerging AI products and agentic AI ecosystems.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, security, and governance standards are followed.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in Product Management, AI Products, or Technical Product Management.
• Experience working on AI/ML, Generative AI, or LLM-based products.
• Proven experience building or prototyping AI agents/workflows.
