- วิเคราะห์ requirement, TOR และ user story เพื่อหาช่องโหว่และเงื่อนไขที่ยังไม่ชัดตั้งแต่ก่อนพัฒนา- ออกแบบ Test scenario และ Test case ให้ครอบคลุมทั้ง happy path, edge case และ negative case- ใช้เทคนิคออกแบบเทสอย่างเหมาะสม เช่น Equivalence Partitioning, Boundary Value, Decision Table, State Transition, Pairwise- จัดลำดับความสำคัญของการทดสอบตามความเสี่ยง (Risk-based) โดยเน้นจุดที่กระทบการทำงานของระบบ- ทำ Traceability matrix เชื่อม requirement/TOR กับ test case เพื่อยืนยันว่าทุกข้อได้รับการทดสอบ- วางแผนการทดสอบ (Test plan) สำหรับแต่ละ release และชุด Regression- รีวิว test case ของทีม และช่วยวางมาตรฐานการเขียนReproduce และวิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่ลูกค้าแจ้ง แล้วเพิ่ม test case ใหม่เพื่อกันปัญหาซ้ำ

Qualifications

ประสบการณ์ QA 0–4 ปี
ใช้เทคนิค Test design ได้จริง และอธิบายได้ว่าเลือกเทคนิคไหนเพราะอะไร
อ่าน requirement แล้วตั้งคำถามเพื่อหาสิ่งที่ขาดหรือขัดกันได้
เข้าใจระบบที่มีหลายบทบาทและหลายสถานะ เช่น สิทธิ์ผู้ใช้
ใช้ DevTools และ Postman ได้ ถ้าใช้ SQL เบื้องต้นได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
เขียนเอกสารชัดเจน เป็นระบบ
มีพื้นฐาน Automation testing หรือเคยเขียน test case เพื่อแปลงเป็น automation
เคยทำงานกับระบบสอบ ระบบการศึกษา หรือระบบราชการที่อ้างอิง TOR
