DevFyndr is partnering with a fast-growing technology company in Bangalore to hire exceptional Backend Engineers who are passionate about building scalable, high-performance systems.

What You'll Do :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and APIs using Python.
- Build reliable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and designers to deliver impactful features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system stability.
What We're Looking For :
- 2 to 6 years of professional backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments is a plus.
- Understanding of distributed systems, caching, queues, and asynchronous processing is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
Nice to Have :
- Experience building AI/ML-powered applications.
- Exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Contributions to open-source projects or an active GitHub profile.
