HR Recruiter

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and results-driven IT Recruiter with 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, preferably within an IT services or consulting organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing multiple hiring requirements while ensuring timely position closures. Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and joining follow-ups. Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, project needs, and hiring priorities. Source qualified candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment vendors, and other relevant channels. Conduct initial HR screening to assess technical skill alignment, communication, experience, salary expectations, notice period, and availability. Handle recruitment for various IT roles, including Software Development, QA/Testing, Data Analytics, Cloud, ERP, CRM, and other niche technologies. Coordinate technical interviews and ensure timely collection of interview feedback. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and upcoming hiring requirements. Manage offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and follow-ups to minimize offer dropouts. Coordinate with external recruitment vendors when required. Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Prepare and share daily and weekly recruitment reports, including open positions, interview status, selections, and joining updates. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 4-6 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience, preferably in an IT services or consulting company. Strong experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. Good understanding of IT technologies, technical skill sets, and hiring requirements. Experience in Boolean search, candidate sourcing, and resume screening. Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to independently handle multiple technical requirements and recruitment deadlines. Experience working with ATS tools; knowledge of Zoho Recruit is an added advantage. Good proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting. Preferred Skills Experience recruiting for niche and specialized technical roles. Exposure to both domestic and international IT hiring requirements. Experience working with recruitment agencies and external consultants. Ability to build talent pipelines and improve recruitment turnaround time. Strong candidate relationship management and follow-up skills.
