• Programming Background: Strong experience in JavaScript, which is the primary language used in well know lowcode no code platform . Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts will be crucial.
• Web Development: A solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (e.g., AngularJS or React), as front end development often involves UI customization and portal development.
• APIs and Integrations: Basic knowledge of RESTful and SOAP APIs for system integrations. Familiarity with JSON and XML data formats is essential.
• Databases: Knowledge of relational databases, including SQL. Familiarity with database operations such as CRUD is expected.

Soft Skills:

• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities are key.
• Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Essential Technical Skills for Transition:

• Scripting and Automation: Understanding of scripting (server-side/client-side) and workflows is critical for automating business processes.
• Familiarity with ITIL Processes: Since the platform is built on ITIL standards, a basic understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request processes will significantly speed up the learning curve.
• Agile Development Practices: Experience in agile or scrum methodologies will be beneficial in development lifecycle.
