A bit about this role:

As a director-level Product Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and execution of critical product initiatives that directly impact outcomes across the organization. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive data-driven product decisions that deliver key operational outcomes, including service quality and experience, cost savings, increased accuracy, and improved clinical quality. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Clinical, Operations, Data Analytics, Engineering, and Compliance teams, to deliver solutions that align with both member needs and business goals.

Your Responsibilities and Impact will include:

• Lead outcome-oriented product strategy: Develop and own the product roadmap for your area with a focus on driving measurable operational outcomes (cost reduction, clinical quality, member experience and retention, team efficiency).
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations, and Clinical teams to define and execute product initiatives, driving alignment and ensuring smooth delivery of key projects.
• Stakeholder communication: Regularly communicate insights, progress, and outcomes to senior stakeholders, translating complex data and product strategy into something clear and actionable..
• Act as the subject matter expert on your product area and on digital service delivery within the organization, providing insights and guidance to senior leadership.

Required skills and experience:

• Track record of delivering results: 8+ years of software product management experience, preferably with 4+ years in healthcare or health insurance with proven track record of shipping new workflows / solutions to drive key business outcomes.
• Leadership & collaboration: Ability to partner with a wide-array of stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams, including the ability to listen and solicit carefully, and synthesize all their input into an action plan. Then communicate it back to them, and eventually, the whole company.
• Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in leveraging data to drive product strategy, optimization, and decision-making.
• A super proactive "get it done" attitude, and the skills to back it up.
• Comfort with the uncertainty, fast pace and flexibility inherent in a startup.

Desired skills and experience:

• Healthcare experience: Working experience in health insurance or a care delivery environment, partnering across clinical and operational leaders to drive patient outcomes and experience. Comfort shipping quickly inside compliance and privacy constraints without treating them as a reason to slow down.
• AI in production: Experience shipping LLM-backed chat, assistance, or summarization in production, using AI to help consumers, agents, and clinicians operate at the top of their game, and familiarity with how agentic and human teams combine into a single experience.
• Consumer product: Experience owning a consumer app or web experience at scale, where adoption and retention were yours to move. Ideally in a category people use regularly rather than once a year, with thoughtful design on how self-service, messaging, and human support fit together.
• Practitioner tooling: Experience owning software that a professional audience lives in for hours a day, where your measures of success were things like time on task, error rates, and adoption by people who did not have to use it. Familiarity with clinical workflow, EHR or care management systems, and the realities of designing around documentation and regulatory requirements.

Salary Range: $182,000-$217,000 / year

The pay range listed for this position is the range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
