About DevRev
At DevRev, we're building the future of work with Computer - your AI teammate. Unlike traditional tools, Computer unifies all your data sources, tools, and workflows into a single AI-ready platform, giving employees real-time insights, proactive suggestions, and powerful agentic actions. It extends your existing software with AI-native apps and agents that work alongside your teams and customers - updating workflows, coordinating across teams, and eliminating repetitive work. We call this Team Intelligence: human-AI collaboration that breaks down silos, brings people back together, and frees you to solve bigger problems. Backed by Khosla Ventures and Mayfield with $150M+ raised, DevRev is trusted by global companies across industries.
About the role
DevRev is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the Computer Data and Analytics Platform - a hands-on product leader who will own the trusted data foundation that makes Computer precise, useful, and safe across every experience.
Computer should not merely report on work. It should understand customer, product, and operational context; reason across it; and help people and agents take the right action. The Computer Data and Analytics Platform makes that possible through a unified, governed, low-latency data layer that turns data from DevRev and connected systems into durable context for humans, applications, analytics experiences, and AI agents.
You will define how data is captured, modeled, governed, queried, and activated across DevRev. The platform will support operational reporting and embedded analytics, while also enabling grounded, context-rich agentic conversations in Computer - helping users ask questions, investigate work, receive trusted answers, and take safe actions in the flow of work.
This is a unique opportunity to build the foundation for an AI-native operating system - where customer context, product telemetry, structured records, events, and machine reasoning converge.
What you'll do
- Lead the Computer Data and Analytics Platform vision and roadmap - Define and scale the platform that transforms operational and product data into reliable, reusable context for analytics, dashboards, applications, APIs, workflows, and Computer. Set a clear strategy for data modeling, query experiences, data freshness, governance, and activation.
- Build trusted, AI agent-ready data foundations - Own the product direction for a platform that preserves source-of-record fidelity while making data easy to discover, understand, and use. Shape the abstractions that let Computer and people work with data confidently - including lineage, permissions, access controls, quality signals, and semantic definitions.
- Define the data lifecycle from capture to activation - Guide the end-to-end path from source systems and event capture through change data capture, durable query representations, and governed serving layers. Ensure the platform supports real-time and historical workloads without forcing every experience to depend on a single data store or query engine.
- Enable precise answers and safe actions with Computer - Partner with the AI platform to make natural-language data experiences dependable. Drive capabilities that allow Computer to retrieve grounded context, generate useful analysis and visualizations, and execute approved actions through clear permissions, guardrails, and auditability.
- Build high-performance, flexible query experiences - Shape the experience for interactive analysis, embedded analytics, and developer workflows. Leverage in-process and local query technologies, including DuckDB where appropriate, to deliver responsive, secure experiences for applications, notebooks, and agents.
- Design for multiple personas and levels of abstraction - Serve developers, data and product teams, support leaders, GTM teams, and operators. Provide opinionated defaults and ready-to-use experiences for common workflows, while preserving composability for technical users building applications, integrations, and custom data products.
- Champion a platform-grade developer experience - Treat data as a core developer product. Prioritize intuitive APIs and SDKs, documentation, modular primitives, observability, extensibility, and a clear path from prototype to production.
- Drive platform-wide interoperability - Ensure the Computer Data and Analytics Platform works seamlessly with DevRev’s product data, customer records, connected systems, applications, workflows, and AI agents. Establish the shared data contracts and platform capabilities that power a complete customer and product understanding.
What you'll bring
- 8+ years of product management or complementary experience building data platforms, developer platforms, analytics products, AI products, or infrastructure products.
- Experience defining products that span data ingestion, data modeling, data quality, governance, querying, and downstream activation.
- Strong understanding of modern data architectures, including source systems, event streams, change data capture, lakehouse-style storage, query engines, and serving layers.
- Familiarity with embedded and in-process analytics, such as DuckDB, and the trade-offs between local, operational, and centralized query patterns.
- Practical understanding of AI-native data experiences, including grounded retrieval, natural-language querying, Text-to-SQL, evaluation, permissions, and safe action execution.
- Ability to design products that serve both technical and non-technical users without compromising trust, usability, or extensibility.
- A record of partnering deeply with engineering, design, AI/ML, security, and go-to-market teams to ship reliable, scalable platform products.
- Strong product judgment in ambiguous, technical environments - with the ability to turn an architectural direction into clear customer value, milestones, and adoption measures.
Why This Role
You will define the data foundation that makes Computer increasingly capable over time. Your work will enable a future where every interaction can benefit from complete, trusted context: Computer can answer with evidence, surface insights at the right moment, automate approved workflows, and help teams build faster on a shared data platform.
This is not a traditional BI role. It is a chance to build the connective layer between DevRev’s product, customer, and operational data - and the intelligent experiences that turn that data into outcomes.
