Hours: Monday - Friday and alternate Saturdays
Location: Clapham
Salary: £100,000 - £150,000 OTE
Key responsibilities/skills include:
Lead by example and set high performance standards
Drive market share growth and lead valuations
Build, lead and develop high-performing teams
Manage and motivate a large sales or lettings team
Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
Confident people manager with strong coaching ability
Fast-paced with strong organisational skills
Excellent communication and client presentation skills
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
