- You have 4-5 years of accounting experience in retail or wholesale (Accounting/Corporate Finance related experience in the retail industry is preferable, candidates only with CPA firm background will also be considered)
- You are a bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting or Finance
- You have good knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP and local tax regulations
- You have sound experience and knowledge in bookkeeping
- You have strong time management skills and able to deal with many deadlines
- You have knowledge in internal controls
- You are strong attention to detail, and able to demonstrate a friendly, service minded and customer-oriented attitude
- You are highly structured, independent and goal-oriented personality and willing to take initiative and responsibility
- You have high sense of integrity
- You have good English reading and writing ability
- You are a qualified member of ACCA / HKICPA / equivalent (highly preferable)
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Focus on bookkeeping which includes Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Revenue Recognition, Account Receivables, Sales, Account Payables and Fixed Assets
- Participate in month-end closing, e.g. preparation of journals, account analysis and reconciliations
- Responsible for daily sales reconciliation
- Process co-workers' expense reimbursement, and prepare cash advances for co-workers
- Maintain fixed assets register, and calculate the depreciation according to Dairy Farm policies
- Manage stock counts
- Support the annual audit and year-end process
- Prepare tax reporting
