Overhead Door Company of Kansas City™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is looking for a Wood Door Fabricator in Olathe, KSwarehouse. Job seekers with construction labor, fabrication, carpentry, installing and servicing products, or mechanic experience typically do well in the role. Driver’s license is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in project set up and executing work plans
- Able to utilize layout plans and verify the accuracy of drawing and measurements
- Effectively communicate any issues that impact the project
- Perform carpentry and woodworking duties with care and detail
- Willingness to learn usage of power tools such as table saw, router, and staplers
- Operate safely in the work environment
- Participate with cycle counts and inventory
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Preferred high school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred forklift background
- General math and problem-solving skills
- Work well under pressure to meet project deadlines
- Must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to adjust as needed to meet requirements
- Potential background in construction labor, electrical work, fabrication, carpentry, installing and servicing products, and mechanic experiences
