Operation Associate

Design is one of the key roles in our organisation. This is how our users will experience our products, and we are obsessed with giving them the best visual experience by shipping beautiful products across all channels - App, Web, and others included.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Operations Associate to support our Depository Participant (DP) and Trade Operations functions. The role involves processing client and transaction-related requests, ensuring operational accuracy, maintaining regulatory compliance, and providing seamless support for day-to-day operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process DIS (Delivery Instruction Slip) requests accurately and within defined timelines.
- Handle Dematerialization and Rematerialization requests.
- Process pledge and unpledge instructions.
- Generate and dispatch client statements and other DP-related communications.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with depository and regulatory guidelines.
- Support daily trade processing activities.
- Verify trade data, brokerage calculations, and transaction records.
- Generate and distribute contract notes, statements, and other client reports.
- Process bounced contract notes and coordinate for resolution.
- Assist in reconciliation and operational reporting activities.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of operational processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and process completion.
- Adhere to internal controls, compliance requirements, and operational procedures.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
Expected Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage tasks within defined timelines.
- Basic knowledge of capital markets and financial services (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools.
- Graduate or Post Graduate
- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in operations, financial services, broking, or DP operations.
