Als Customer Service Coördinator zorg jij dat alles binnen het team soepel verloopt. Je houdt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en bent het aanspreekpunt voor je collega's. Met jouw ervaring in de logistiek weet je precies wat er nodig is om samen het beste resultaat te behalen.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week in dagdienst, waarbij 32 uur bespreekbaar is
• Salaris in cao-schaal 7: tussen € 2.753 en € 3.420 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, met doorgroeimogelijkheden tot € 4.088, afhankelijk van ervaring

Dit ga je doen

Als Customer Service Coördinator zorg jij ervoor dat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen het Customer Service team soepel verlopen. Je houdt overzicht, verdeelt de werkzaamheden en ondersteunt collega's waar nodig. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt binnen het team en weet snel te schakelen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met de klant en denk je mee over het verbeteren van processen.

• Coördineren en verdelen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen het team
• Collega's ondersteunen en zorgen voor een goede samenwerking
• Dagelijks contact onderhouden met de klant over zendingen, orderissues, warehousetransport en relatiebeheer
• Verrichten van administratieve werkzaamheden

Dit ben jij

Je hebt ervaring binnen Customer Service in de logistiek en bent toe aan een volgende stap. Je weet hoe de dagelijkse operatie werkt, kunt snel schakelen en houdt ook op drukke momenten het overzicht. Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid, denkt in oplossingen en vindt het leuk om collega's verder te helpen. Daarbij wacht je niet af, maar zie je zelf waar actie nodig is.

• Ruime ervaring als Customer Service Agent binnen de logistiek of in een vergelijkbare functie
• Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk (Nederlands is een pre)
• Je werkt nauwkeurig, communiceert duidelijk en weet prioriteiten te stellen
• Je bent proactief en flexibel

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you ensure that the team's daily operations run smoothly. You maintain an overview, coordinate tasks and support your colleagues whenever needed. You are a key point of contact within the team and know how to respond quickly when situations change. You also maintain regular contact with the customer and contribute ideas for improving processes.

• Coordinate and distribute daily tasks within the team
• Support colleagues and encourage effective teamwork
• Maintain daily contact with the customer regarding shipments, order issues, warehouse transport and relationship management
• Perform administrative tasks

What you bring

You have experience in Customer Service within logistics and are ready to take the next step in your career. You understand daily operations, adapt quickly and stay in control, even during busy periods. You enjoy taking responsibility, finding solutions and helping your colleagues succeed. Rather than waiting for instructions, you take initiative and recognise where action is needed.

• Extensive experience as a Customer Service Agent within logistics or in a similar role
• Good command of English, both written and spoken (Dutch is a plus)
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
• You are proactive and flexible
