This is what you will do

At our CS / Key Account Desk department at DHL Freight in Eindhoven, you are the most important point of contact for our customers. You will work in a team with colleagues where you will be jointly or individually responsible for a number of accounts in the field of business to business. In this position, your excellent communication, commercial and administrative skills are claimed.

As a Customer Service Representative you relieve our customers of the transport of their goods from A-Z. You build a long-term relationship of trust and you are responsible for optimal customer satisfaction.

This is not unknown to you

• You proactively identify problems, detect needs and offer solutions.
• You know how to ask for help well and, if necessary, you liaise with other departments.
• You provide customer-specific reports and performance reports. In addition, you must also be able to present them.

Matters that you are involved in on a daily basis are, for example, handling tickets, requesting and monitoring the status and location of shipments with the associated loss, claims and damages. To ensure that all this runs smoothly, you will be in contact with colleagues from sales, import/export, invoicing and the warehouse, but also with your foreign DHL colleagues. To get something done, you regularly have to switch quickly between customer and colleagues; But that is a challenge for you!

This is you

For this position we are looking for a customer-oriented go-getter! You have MBO+/HBO working and thinking level and preferably about 3 years of experience in a customer-oriented support function, preferably in a logistics environment. Of course you have an affinity with commerce and transport!

Furthermore:

• You are an enthusiastic person who likes variety on a day to day basis.
• Strong in a team but also individually.
• You can set priorities well.
• You are confident and have very good communication skills, in English and/or Dutch.
• You are accurate in processing data and you have good knowledge of automated systems (SAP, Excel).
• It goes without saying that you are customer-oriented and think in terms of possibilities; There is a solution for everything!
