Logistics Implementation Specialist
Are you passionate about turning logistics solutions into operational reality?
At DHL Supply Chain, we're looking for a Logistics Implementation Specialist to support the successful launch of new operations, customer start-ups, and strategic transformation projects across our network.
What you'll do
·Support the implementation of new customer operations, warehouse start-ups and transformation projects.
·Translate operational and solution design requirements into practical execution plans.
·Coordinate implementation activities during project execution, go-live and ramp-up phases.
·Ensure warehouse layouts, operational flows, resources, equipment and systems are implemented according to project objectives.
·Collaborate with Solution Design teams to validate operational feasibility and execution requirements.
·Lead and coordinate testing activities, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), process validation and operational readiness assessments.
·Support the deployment and validation of WMS and operational systems.
·Monitor implementation progress, identify risks and drive mitigation actions.
·Work closely with Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from project phase to business-as-usual activities.
·Support performance stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives following project launch.
·Act as the key operational reference point throughout the implementation lifecycle.
What we're looking for
·Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
·A Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation Management is a plus.
·3-5+ years of experience in Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, or 3PL environments.
·Experience in warehouse start-ups, implementations, or operational transformation projects.
·Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
·Knowledge of WMS and operational systems.
·Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
·Availability to travel across Italy.
·Fluent English.
Salary package: €42,000 - €48,000 gross annual salary,
