- Salary in CAO scale 8: between €3,100 and €3,500 gross per month based on 40 hours, with growth opportunities up to €4,580, depending on experience

Your role
As a Teamleader Inbound, you are the driving force behind the operation on the warehouse floor. You ensure that your team performs well, continues to develop and feels valued.
- Monitor processes and coordinate with fellow Teamleaders to ensure smooth operations
- Coach team members on their performance and personal development
- Create a safe and positive working environment where everyone feels welcome
- Conduct performance, absence and development conversations
- Keep personnel planning and time registration up to date
This is you
You are a natural leader who has an eye for both people and processes. You enjoy working with others, stay calm under pressure and think ahead.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English
- Reliable and someone your team can count on

You will lead a team of approximately 20 Warehouse Operators and report to the Shift Manager. Together, you will work on improving processes, developing yourself and your team, and creating a positive working environment.
