Η εταιρεία μας αναζητά Βοηθό Λογιστή για την υποστήριξη του λογιστηρίου και την καθημερινή παρακολούθηση οικονομικών διαδικασιών.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Καταχώριση και έλεγχος παραστατικών, τιμολογίων και εξόδων
  • Συμφωνίες προμηθευτών και πελατών
  • Υποστήριξη στις διαδικασίες πληρωμών και αρχειοθέτησης
  • Συνεργασία με την ομάδα λογιστηρίου για τη σωστή και έγκαιρη ενημέρωση των αρχείων

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ή σπουδές σε Λογιστική, Οικονομικά ή συναφές αντικείμενο
  • Προϋπηρεσία 3-5 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Καλή γνώση MS Office, ιδιαίτερα Excel
  • Εξοικείωση με λογιστικά προγράμματα/ERP θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Οργανωτικότητα, συνέπεια και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
