1. 负责国际化海外广告投放数据的监控、分析与优化（如Google、Meta、TikTok等平台）
2. 搭建并维护广告数据分析体系，包括ROI、LTV、CAC等核心指标监控
3. 深入分析不同国家/地区/业务线用户行为差异，输出数据洞察，支持投放策略优化
4. 与投放运营、产品团队协作，制定数据驱动的增长策略
5. 建设广告集市分析数据，搭建数据看板，实现数据可视化与自动化分析
6. 跟踪行业趋势与竞品投放策略，提供数据支持与建议
任职要求 / Requirements
任职资格
1. 本科及以上学历，数据科学、统计学、数学、计算机等相关专业优先
2. 2年以上互联网广告或增长数据分析经验，有海外市场经验优先
3. 熟练使用SQL、掌握Python/R等数据分析工具者优先
4. 熟悉主流广告平台（Google、Meta、Tiktok等）优先
5. 具有深度广告归因经验优先
6. 具备扎实的数据分析能力，对数据敏感，有良好的商业理解能力
7. 良好的英语读写能力，能处理英文数据及报告优先
