ServiceNow Developer - ITSM & CSM Implementation

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM, CSM, Integration Hub, and CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Implement and support ServiceNow ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Request Management.

- Develop and enhance Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions to improve customer service operations and case management.

- Build integrations using Integration Hub, Flow Designer, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration technologies.

- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Script Includes, and catalog items.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Implement and maintain ServiceNow DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using Application Repository, Source Control Integration, Update Sets, and deployment automation.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.

- Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide production support.

- Create technical documentation, design specifications, and knowledge articles.

- Support platform upgrades, patching activities, and release management processes.

Tech Stack:

- ServiceNow Platform: ITSM, CSM, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Catalog, CMDB, Reporting.

- Integrations: REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, OAuth, SSO.

- Development: JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, ACLs.

- DevOps: Git, Automated Testing Framework (ATF), Release Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

- ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialist.

- ServiceNow CSM Implementation Specialist.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Ability to independently drive development activities and mentor junior developers.
