Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT services sales, particularly in Mobile and Web Development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, proposal creation, client conversion, and managing end-to-end business development activities across India, US, UK, and Canada markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads through various channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, email marketing, referrals, etc.)
  • Handle end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, estimations, and RFP/RFQ responses
  • Communicate effectively with international clients (India, US, UK, Canada)
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and contracts to close deals successfully
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Track sales pipelines, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams for project handover and smooth execution
  • Lead, mentor, and manage junior BDEs or sales team members
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager in an IT company
  • Strong knowledge of Mobile App Development and Web Development services
  • Expertise in lead generation, proposal writing, negotiation, and conversion
  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Canada, India)
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business solutions
  • Strong team handling and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
