Supporto di secondo livello, troubleshooting delle problematiche segnalate dai clienti e realizzazione di monitoraggi per l'intercettazione delle cause root;

Supporto nella definizione e redazione della documentazione di progetto, dei piani di test per i collaudi dei servizi in delivery e per i test di non regressione nelle fasi di aggiornamento applicativo;

Analisi dei report di VA/PT, individuazione e applicazione delle fasi di remediation.
