Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual elements that communicate ideas effectively across various digital and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to design a wide range of assets-from social media graphics and brochures to website layouts-while ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visual elements that effectively communicate ideas, messages, and information to target audiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design brochures, social media posts, website graphics, presentations, infographics, standees, banners, and research documents.
• Design original illustrations, icons, logos, advertisements, posters, packaging, and digital graphics.
• Work with internal teams or clients to understand project goals and develop creative concepts that align perfectly with their objectives.
• Utilize various design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to produce high-quality layouts, typography, and visual content.
• Establish, maintain, and ensure all design elements remain strictly consistent with the brand’s visual identity and guidelines (including color schemes, fonts, and overall style).
• Enhance, edit, and resize images and existing designs to maintain high-quality standards and fit various formats or platforms.
• Prepare files for print, ensuring that all final printed materials meet strict quality standards.
• Assist in creating website layouts and user interfaces (UI) to ensure a highly positive user experience.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Keep up with current industry trends, new design software, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive and modern skillset.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding and hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
• Exhibit a proven ability to think creatively, conceptualize quickly, and develop innovative design solutions.
• Possess a meticulous eye for detail, precision in design execution, and a strong dedication to producing polished final products.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills to successfully collaborate with team members and interpret design briefs.
• Show the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a strong willingness to accept and apply constructive feedback.
