Freelance B2B Paid Media Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Senior B2B Paid Media Specialist to support the paid social and display strategy and execution for an established B2B technology company. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work directly within advertising platforms, continuously optimise campaign performance, and bring strategic recommendations to the wider Demand Generation team.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook and Reddit.
• Manage paid display and ABM activity across platforms such as 6sense and StackAdapt.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, bids and campaign performance.
• Build campaigns using creative and copy supplied by internal teams.
• Identify testing and optimisation opportunities to improve performance.
• Support conversion tracking, measurement and reporting.
• Provide strategic recommendations while remaining actively hands-on in campaign execution.
• Explore opportunities across programmatic display, CTV and podcast advertising.
• Partner with the Demand Generation team to align paid media with pipeline objectives.

Requirements

• Strong B2B SaaS or B2B technology paid media experience.
• Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of B2B demand generation and full-funnel marketing.
• Experience managing and optimising meaningful paid media budgets.
• Strong analytical, optimisation, and communication skills.
• Experience with Reddit, 6sense, StackAdapt, programmatic, CTV or podcast advertising is highly desirable.
