Talent Acquisition - Tech Recruitment

At Xtremax, we’re looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our recruitment team and help connect talented technology professionals with the right career opportunities.

This is a 360° recruitment role where you’ll work across both client development and candidate delivery. You’ll understand hiring needs, build relationships with clients, identify strong technology professionals, and manage the recruitment journey from initial engagement through successful placement.

A key part of the role is headhunting and passive-candidate sourcing. Rather than waiting for applications, you’ll proactively identify the right people, start meaningful conversations, understand their career motivations, and build relationships that can develop over the long term.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Proactively identify and approach qualified tech candidates, including passive candidates who are not actively looking for new opportunities.
• Conduct headhunting and direct sourcing through LinkedIn, professional networks, talent databases, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across different roles and skill sets.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, qualification, and candidate profiling.
• Advise candidates on suitable career opportunities while building long-term relationships with them.
• Work towards and exceed recruitment, business development, and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in headhunting / executive search / direct sourcing.
• Hands-on experience approaching and engaging passive candidates, particularly through LinkedIn or other professional networks.
• Strong ability to identify and assess talent beyond active job applicants.
• Successful 360° recruitment experience, covering both business development and candidate recruitment.
• Experience in permanent recruitment and/or headhunting is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment market dynamics and candidate behaviour.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue or business targets.
• Comfortable working with recruitment targets and KPIs.
• Strong curiosity and genuine interest in understanding people, their motivations, and career aspirations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
